Our company Brand Advance is a full service interactive agency focusing on web design, web dev, and marketing consulting. One of our clients on the marketing side discussed needing a DNN expert to design, develop and support some of their internet applications.This role will be an ongoing consultative role in which there will be 30-40 hours for the first few weeks followed by as needed work down the road. The client's workload was originally handled by another candidate but the candidate has accepted a full time engagement and has not been able to support the development initiatives so looking for someone that is available relatively soon.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing and deploying INTERNET websites ( using the DotNetNuke content management system platform.
Develop custom code as appropriate using web development tools such as XML, Web Services, SQL Server 2005 and Java Script.
Document client requirements and write functional specifications.
Must possess strong project management skills and be able to multitask, and meet deadlines.
Responsible for system testing and creating system documentation in accordance with Business Technology Policies and procedures
Maintain existing internet sites and resolve production issues.
Configuration and customization as appropriate using development tools such as Java/ASP, HTML and/or XML.
Ideal candidate has a combination of strong front-end and some server-side programming skills.
Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and coding and design best practices.
