How Does Your Organization Benefit?

Here is how we can provide those benefits to you and your organization.  For each month that your organization sponsors the ODUG, you will receive the following:

• Mention at the monthly giveaway, including any statements that you request during the month(s) that you sponsor
• Exposure on our monthly e-mail newsletter during the month(s) that you sponsor
• Exposure on our web site through our sponsors area during the month(s) that you sponsor
• Your logo(s) and/or marketing snippet rotating in front of the user group before and after the meetings (example slideshows can be found here)

Other possible forms of exposure that are possible, but would require additional time and planning could be:

• A users group session going over your product(s) and/or service(s) exclusively (by your staff or one of our members)
• A review of your product(s) and/or service(s) on our web site

Finally, if your organization commits to sponsoring the ODUG on a monthly basis for a minimum of 12 months, you may participate on the site as a banner advertiser.

How you sponsor the ODUG is up to you.  Some of the methods of sponsorship include:

• Product donations
• Swag donations
• Service donations
• Affiliate referrals
• Speaking to the ODUG at a user group meeting
• Purchasing food and beverages for the meetings
• Donating a meeting location
• Donating printing services
